IUD Removal Procedure
The IUD Removal Procedure costs $117 and you will get back $42.85 from Medicare.

IUD Removal and Re-Insertion
The cost for both an IUD removal and an IUD Insertion on the same day is $475 and you will get $$178.50 back from Medicare.
Your out of pocket cost will be $296.50.
